Understand the limits of each estimate

Values from labels, manuals, and measurements may reflect different operating conditions. Actual loads, startup demand, inverter losses, battery capacity, weather, and solar exposure can differ from the values entered. Review each calculator's formula, assumptions, and limits before relying on its result.

The site does not inspect your RV, verify wiring, select wire or fuse sizes, or confirm that a battery, inverter, generator, shore-power connection, or appliance can operate safely together. Even when your loads are within a displayed rating, the equipment may not operate as expected or the setup may be unsafe because of conditions the calculator does not evaluate. Follow applicable requirements and equipment instructions, and consult a qualified professional for installation or safety decisions.
